October 1
Haunted Happenings Grand Opening Parade
6:30-8:30 pm This year's theme is "A Night at the Museum".  Begins at Shetland Park and ends at Salem common.  This parade has become one of the most popular Salem Halloween traditions and is possibly the most famous night-time parade anywhere.

A Day in the Life of Early Colonists - Ongoing

Replica of a typical area Puritan village dating to 1630 serves as a living museum in which costumed guides narrate and demonstrate the life styles and responsibilities of the early Salem settlers.

Chilling Tales Aboard the Friendship at Derby Wharf - Ongoing
