Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade Returns on October 14

As Salem Main Streets likes to say, Salem is going to the dogs (and cats and lizards and bunnies), at the Howl-o-ween Pet Parade. It’s become one of the most popular Salem October events in recent years, with costumed pets and their costumed owners marching around Derby Wharf and competing for best of show. You’ll be amused at the outfits worn by dogs of all breeds and sizes and by their owners as well, although the few cats in the herd don’t seem particularly enthused about being dressed up.
